1. Our Store operates a 14-day returns policy, which means the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the Product to request a return, without providing a reason or incurring any costs. Returns are possible after submitting a written declaration of withdrawal to the Store. To initiate a return, you can contact us at shop@rivashield.com . The returned product, along with the return form and proof of purchase, should be sent to: Ludwika Rydygiera 8/19, 01-793 Warsaw.
2. Return/exchange of material is only possible before application; damage caused during transport and reported after application will not be taken into account.
3. Using products designed to strengthen the film's adhesive will void the product's warranty and prevent returns. All such products may damage the film's adhesive layer.
4. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
5. To qualify for a return, the item must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Failure to comply with the above guidelines will result in the return being rejected.
6. Only full rolls of foil can be returned, excluding goods prepared to the Customer's individual order, which include: colored PPF foil, foil cut by the meter, foil with applied formats.
7. The Customer is obliged to return the Goods no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract.
8. The Store will refund funds within 14 days of receiving the return. The Seller will make the refund using the same payment method used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer agrees otherwise. In any case, the Customer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
9. The store does not accept returns in the case of cash on delivery.
10. The store does not accept returns from companies (this does not apply to sole proprietorships in the case referred to in Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act in connection with Article 385(5) of the Civil Code).
